Performance
The HR-V's engine is mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that does its job silently and efficiently. Front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available on all trim levels for extra traction in inclement weather. The 2023 HR-V has plenty of pep off the line, with a zero-to-60 mph time of 9.4 seconds. Handling is smooth and precise, thanks to the HR-V's MacPherson strut front suspension and multi-link rear suspension.
