Under the hood of every HR-V sits a naturally aspirated 2.0L inline-4 engine that pairs with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and produces 158 horsepower and 138 lb-ft of torque. The motor and CVT work together to provide brisk performance and an EPA-rated highway fuel economy of up to 32 MPG highway.
Honda’s Real Time All-Wheel Drive with Intelligent Control is offered with every trim and uses numerous sensors to determine the ideal amount of torque to send to the rear wheels for maximum traction.
