A First Look at the 2024 Honda Prologue: Pioneering Honda’s Electric Future

Although the lineup only has three trim levels, each one is packed with remarkable standard features, including the very lowest trim. Design

Even the 2024 Prologue’s base model has touches of luxury that comparable models would charge you extra for but don’t cost an extra penny in this line. The driver’s seat is power-adjustable 10 ways and has lumbar support, the driver and front passenger seats are both heated, and the dual-zone climate control system also provides air filtration.
Drivers will get all the information they need from the charging status screen and indicator, compass, and a big 11-inch Digital Instrument Cluster. A Universal Remote System for garage doors is standard, as well.

Performance

Although front-wheel drive is standard on the Prologue’s lowest EX trim, all-wheel drive is also available. The FWD version has a single motor with a drive range of 296 miles. It delivers 212 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. The AWD model has two motors with 288 hp and 333 lb-ft of torque. Its driving range is 281 miles.
The standard Remote Engine Start feature allows you to turn on your engine and pre-heat or pre-cool the Prologue to your desired temperature before entering it. An automatic brake hold function can reduce driver fatigue during long periods of stop-and-go traffic by holding the Prologue in place even if you remove your foot from the brake.

Technology

A 6-speaker audio system with AM/FM/HD and satellite radio is standard in the 2024 Prologue’s lowest trim level. It includes a free trial subscription to SiriusXM. A massive 11.3-inch color touchscreen display is the centerpiece of the Prologue’s infotainment system, which offers wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Built-In Google, Bluetooth streaming audio and hands-free calling, an OnStar data package, and Wi-Fi hotspot capability.
The front and back rows each have two USB charging ports. A wireless phone charger is standard on this model, as well.
